This was the cutest little home and so well kept. Everything was immaculate. The owner was very good about communication, access was easy in and out with great parking and literally minutes from the local arenas.

The property is extremely clean. The owner was extremely accessible, responsive, and accommodating. The property is centrally located near the river and multiple stadiums. Additionally, this property has massive TVs!
