This welcoming, pet friendly 2 bedroom house is perfect for small families or couples. The 🏡 is located in the center of the city and minutes away from Walmart, town center(shopping mall), UNF, and Jax beach. it is on a 0.45 acre lot with a beautiful view of fields. A fully equipped kitchen with full sized appliances, high speed internet, 45inch smart TV, washer/dryer, and private back deck! Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Check out before 11:00 AM
Children: Children allowed: ages 0-17
Events: No events allowed
Pets: Pets allowed: limit 2 total
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check-out instructions: Please put the wet towels into the hamper of the laundry room.
Check-out instructions: Please make sure to turn off all of the lights, TVs, fans, adjust heating at 50 F degrees in the winter / adjust cooling at 75 F degrees in the summer before leaving the house.
Check-out instructions: Lock all of the windows, the back door and the front door.
Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
