Charming Bungalow located in the Lakeshore area of Jacksonville. Pet Friendly. Convenient to NAS, Downtown, Riverside,Avondale,Orange Park, local hospitals, I-95/ 295. Free wifi and Smart TV's in every bedroom +living room for you to stream your favorite shows. Full Kitchen allows you to cook and eat in if you want to, or you can visit many great restaurants in the Murray Hill or 5 pts hot spots. 3 bedrooms allows privacy without breaking the bank. Laundry room with washer & dryer also ! Original hardwood floors throughout. Spacious Backyard outdoor space with firepit for fresh air and relaxing. Secure Fence for your pet. There is no cable tv, we only provide wifi. TVs have Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+, ESPN+ but there is NO CABLE. Whole house. We have parking for 3 vehicles if necessary. 4 vehicles is a tight squeeze! We are pet friendly and charge $30 per night per pet for short term stays. For longer stays, we charge $150 per week and $300 per month per pet. If you are booking with us and are bringing a pet please let us know ahead of time! This fee is non-negotiable for any animal. Our back yard is closed in , and it is secured, however some sections of the fence are older, it is advised that you monitor your pets outside incase they decide to dig a hole or find one. ***Finally, smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere on the property - inside or in the outdoor areas.*** ***If we find cigar/cigarette butts of any kind on the property or evidence of smoking (ash on flat surfaces, empty cigarette packs, etc.) we will assess a $250 cleaning fee in addition to the regular cleaning fee.*** Our prices include all fees.
