~Coolside Ranch Home_Sleeps 9_Cool Pool~ Guest Screening by Know Your Guest We welcome you to this majestic bungalow pool home! This home features 4 bedrooms and 6 beds with a beautiful private heated pool. Centrally located 7 miles East of Downtown Jacksonville, 12 miles West of Jacksonville Beach. We are on a mission to provide quality for our guests. If you have questions prior to your trip, we are happy to help you 7 days a week. During your stay, we will be available 24/7 to answer any questions or issues. We have a team of people waiting to handle any issues that may come up. Please understand, we are in close proximity to open fields & desert areas. You might see or encounter wildlife while in our home or neighborhood, including, but not limited to: raccoon, skunk, birds, bees, wasps, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, crickets, bugs, roaches, rolly pollies, and silver fish to name a few. These creatures reside in nature, and we have no control over them. We do spray in and around the home regularly to reduce the incidence of bugs. However, we cannot control mother nature, and therefore, do not refund if you encounter her business during your stay. You will have access to the entire home, as well as the heated pool. Tastefully decorated and appointed home with enough beds to sleep nine people comfortably. Heated pool. Though we aim to maintain the heated pools (check listing page to confirm if this listing includes a heated or unheated pool) at 87°F (for ambient temperatures above 70°F), please note that we can not guarantee pool temperatures; a heated pool does not imply that the pool will feel hot to touch, as weather and subjective perception vary. Likewise, the spa (if offered at this listing) is typically inoperable during freezing temperatures. Should you require any further assistance with the pool or its operation, feel free to message me. Please DO NOT remove any pool monitoring or cleaning devices>> NOTE that the pool heater runs during pool pump periods on a preset timer; as per our pool manager's recommendation, we do not run the pump continuously>> This home is recommended for swimmers only>> This listing is pet-friendly; however, please refrain from bringing animals weighing over 25lbs~ Car is recommended but Uber is an option as well. Notice will be given if possible. >> Cameras if present, are placed for exterior of property only. Refer to your booking to confirm if cameras are present. >> If a grill is an amenity at this listing, we do not maintain them and we recommend cleaning the grill before and after each use. >> If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back... cleaning fees are for the preparation of your stay and do not cover deep cleans due to improper checkouts... >> Our expectation is for the home to be returned to us in the condition in which you found it. >>Groundskeeping Please be aware that we regularly maintain the grounds and utilities of this property, and though we make every effort to provide advance notice, service times often vary; this may include noise disturbances such as lawn mowing, irrigation, and pool/spa maintenance (if present at this property).
