Minimum age to rent: 21
Check out before 11:00 AM
Children: Children allowed: ages 0-17
Events: Events allowed: family gatherings and weddings
Events: Parties w/ Loud Noise are forbidden
Pets: Pets allowed: less than 50 lbs per pet (limit one pet total)
Pets: Only potty trained pets are allowed
Smoking: Smoking allowed: in designated areas
Smoking: Violation of the rule will result in a $500.00 fee
All disruptive parties are prohibited, regardless of size. For violating this rule, there will be a $1000.00 fee incurred and immediate cancellation.
Guests are not allowed to disconnect any electronic devices such as routers, modems, TVs, appliances, etc. Guests subject to $300.00 fine.
Guests not allowed to enter areas of danger. Such as the attic, crawl space, or rooftop of the premises.

Nice place with a historic charm

The property was very large and easy to spread out as a family. It was a quick drive to the venue (Vystar). We also enjoyed dinner, drinks, and breakfast just a few blocks away in downtown Springfield area. The house was very comfortable and charming. I would definitely stay again!

I have to be honest in the beginning I felt uncomfortable and thought I was getting scammed because I requested to see property before I paid my money. I also told property manager pictures on the site not the same in person. But it is really nice overall. I would recommend my family and friends to stay there. I saw a few bugs I only took pictures of things didn't want to charge me for

The house was very nice and comfortable! There are just a few small things I’d suggest — adding some air fresheners or scents in each room, as there was a slight odor, and flipping the bathroom locks so they can be opened from the outside instead of the inside. It was a little warm at first, but once I messaged the owner, they quickly adjusted the temperature to make it cooler. Overall, my stay was wonderful, and I really appreciated the quick communication and hospitality!

The home is very spacous and worked perfectly for us. We had a funeral service for my father and it was nice to have a place to enjoy each other's company after the service- where we could have space to eat and share stories, etc.The host was very communicative and polite. We even talked about renting again for Porchfest one year. Thanks again.
