Private home with private yard. 3 Bed, 1.5 Bath home is situated in Jacksonville's Avondale neighborhood, conveniently located with a hip population and trendy bars & restaurants. Avondale is known for its vintage flavor & character-rich local merchants and residents. For your security, we have an outdoor camera positioned above the laundry room entrance, pointed towards the street. This covers the driveway and carport area of the property. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Children: Children allowed: ages 0-17
Events: No events allowed
Pets: Pets allowed: dogs less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total)
Pets: Pet Fee is $90 per pet, maximum of 2 pets allowed.
Smoking: Smoking allowed: in designated areas
Smoking: Smoking inside the house will result in $250 fee.
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Load the dishwasher
Check-out instructions: Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Check-out instructions: Lock the doors and return the keys
Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Everything was clean, kitchen had paper towels (idk why I appreciate this so much when it happens lol), plenty of towels, throw blankets, TVs, easy parking, and host had the AC on for us before we got there so it wasn’t super hot inside. The host was accommodating to my service dog. The neighborhood was cute and there is food within walking distance. Highly recommend
