The backyard features a playground and a paved area. There’s also a driveway that can accommodate four cars. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room includes cable TV, local channels, and Netflix. The large Florida room has a bar, a TV with local channels, and a jacuzzi tub. Fast Internet. The property allows pets (up to two), but they must be kept off the furniture. If dog or cat hair is found on the furniture, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the premises and must be done outdoors. If smoking is detected inside the home, an additional $100 cleaning fee will be charged.
