Minimum age to rent: 21
Check out before 11:00 AM
Children: Children allowed: ages 0-17
Events: No events allowed
Pets: Pets allowed: less than 50 lbs per pet (limit 2 pets total)
Smoking: Smoking is not permitted
Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Check-out instructions: Load and start the dishwasher
Check-out instructions: Gather used towels
Check-out instructions: Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Check-out instructions: Triple check that you have all your personal items with you.
Check-out instructions: Please start the bath towels in the washing machine.
Check-out instructions: Please take the trash out to the road.
Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please ensure your reservation accurately reflects the number of guests.
Please only flush toilet paper to prevent backup and drainage issues. Clogged toilets will require a plumber callout and may result in guest charges.
No parties and no smoking inside. Violation of these rules may result in immediate cancellation and guest charges.
