Enjoy the convenience of amenities like WiFi, AC/Heating, washer & dryer, full kitchen with dishware for 12 place settings, large fenced in back yard with patio, table and chairs and lots of off street parking for extra vehicles, RV or trailers during your stay. Just around the corner from Jaguar NFL Ever Bank Stadium, Jacksonville University, St Johns River, Blue Cypress Public Pool, Park, Golf Course, public boat ramps, River Walk and fishing docks on the beautiful St Johns River. Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Children: Children allowed: ages 0-17

Events: No events allowed

Pets: Pets allowed: dogs and cats (limit 3 total)

Pets: No parties but a $200 event fee is available.

Smoking: Smoking is not permitted

Check-out instructions: The host requires you complete the following before checking out:

Check-out instructions: Load and start the dishwasher

Check-out instructions: Strip any used beds, gather used towels, and store extra beds

Check-out instructions: Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash

Check-out instructions: Turn off the lights and lock the doors

Check-out instructions: No smoking, vaping, illegal or legal substances of any kind inside the home

Check-out instructions: For Check out -We kindly ask that you leave by 10am. We have an unauthorized late checkout fee of $40 per hour.

Check-out instructions: The address and access instructions - you will receive this information 2 PM on the day of check-in.

Check-out instructions: Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The house is absolutely beautiful and the inside is too. Very clean, very nice! Nicely centralized to town. The owners communicate well & timely! We would definitely stay here again!!
